Meet Cory Brim, he's probably one of the most inspirational entrepreneur you've never heard of. I stumbled across Cory completely by accident and it's a really funny story!
I was starting to research the executive luxury market in depth which meant finding any bits of information that could make one more knowledgeable. This would involve reading books and online articles but with any research I do I always seem to end up on YouTube researching the subject area and identifying leaders in the sector. So there I was watching countless videos about private jets which is a completely other fascinating story in itself when I noticed that a video appeared in the video list on the right side of the screen. The video was titled Executive luxury restrooms! Somewhat perplex why I was being shown a video about luxury restrooms, I decided to watch the video not knowing what to expect. I'm sure glad I did because I would never have discovered Cory Brim! He was absolutely brilliant, his personality is infectious. He had made the video to showcase that he could supply your event with additional furniture and amenities. I know who I want to do my next party! Cory's main business is providing bartending services for events. But in this video he was promoting the next logical step to his main business and providing a complete event management service. Cory had seen an opportunity and grasped it. All I can say is watch the videos, be inspired and thank you Google for introducing me to Cory Brim. You have no idea what a difference you made that day in October 2017. Here's Cory paying it forward.

Bitter Sweet is a streetwear brand started by an 18yr New Zealander.
Be prepared for one of the best examples of how to start a successful streetwear brand. His attention to detail in his products will ensure continued succeed. This is a brand to watch out for. I really liked Paul Newman and I really like 'Newman's Own' sauces! Often as a special treat one of the sauces would grace my salad bowl. To me it's the only sauce that truly makes a salad taste well...like a salad.
As part of my 'Warren 500 Reading Challenge' I decided visit the biography section at my local library after I spending an hour to focusing on this website. On the shelf on my small and poorly stocked library I found the autobiography "Paul and Me: 53 Years of Adventures and Misadventures with My Pal Paul Newman" written by his close friend and business partner A.E. Hotchner. I am really tempted to say that the book found me, it really stood out from the scantily stocked shelf like a sore thumb. I can remember the day I first came across a Newman's Own sauce stocked quietly among the other sauces of local Sainsbury's supermarket. I liked the bottle, I like the authentic picture of Paul Newman smiling out from the label. But most of all I liked the fact that they were given away all their profits to charity. That was the hook that sold me. I would not only be having a really good quality sauce to accompany my food but I would be given something however small to a charitable organisation and that had a real impact on me. Tim Chen saw there was a gap in the market for personal financial management through the needs of family and friends and turn $800 dollars to $550 million with over 2 million users. He created NerdWallet, an easy to use online financial management tool he started from an Excel spreadsheet.
His entrepreneur journey offers great inspiration to others and talks about focusing on drivers. He tells it likes it is. Content matters. Create tip: Learn how to sell your vision. So I've finally gone and done it! I've challenged myself to read 500 pages per week by created 'The Warren 500' challenge. I've been inspired by Warren Buffet for many years but for the obvious reason that many may think. I like the fact that he uses his local drive-thru McDonald's for breakfast every morning and that fact that even though he is very wealthy that he seeks the simple things in life. Sometimes it takes a lifetime to discover that unconditional love is what can make you truly happy in life. Not just showing up for yourself but for other people. Warren Buffet seeks simplicity, so is McDonald's, so is Coca Cola and then there is of course Google. Everyday approx 3.5 billion searches are made through Google. It's fast and efficient so I shouldn't have too much trouble in finding pages to read! |
AuthorWarren Buffet famously reads 500 pages per week to increase his financial knowledge. The idea of reading 500 pages per week is a daunting challenge so I've decided to challenge myself to read 500 pages per week to increase my knowledge of the subject area of search optimization by doing so increase the service provided to our clients.
